The Hob contacted the North Carolina Film Office to inquire about the news and the office has told them that they "are not working on any projects by that name at this time". According to Hungergamestrilogy.net, there was a line that said "shooting will take place in North Carolina and Georgia, beginning in April 2011, with the movie set for a theatrical release in 2012." This information comes from Acting Auditions, not Lionsgate, so there is no verification on the news yet.
